Salestio — Amazon, eBay, Etsy

At Kraftmeal, Salestio has become one of the best tools in our daily operations for managing Amazon and Shopify. The app may not yet cover every possible feature, but it is continuously improving and becoming more powerful over time. We especially hope that Kaufland and Shop Apotheke will be added in the future, so we can manage all of our key sales channels from one central platform. Before Salestio, we used Magnalister. It was significantly more expensive and, for our needs, less comprehensive in terms of functionality. One of our biggest challenges was handling old barcodes that had been incorrectly created in Amazon many years ago. We needed to import these products into Shopify and replace the outdated or incorrect barcodes with the correct current ones. This was essential for our warehouse processes, as our logistics system needs accurate barcode data to identify and pick the correct products for each order. With Salestio, this workflow is now working extremely well. During the migration from our old shop to our new store, kraftmeal.com, the Salestio team supported us quickly, professionally, and with great technical knowledge. Their assistance made the transition much smoother and helped us avoid unnecessary complications. We are genuinely happy to have found a reliable solution that supports our growth and helps us manage Amazon and Shopify more efficiently. In shopify app store when i checked it was free for first 25 products but after installing i did not get any option. This apps waste my lot of time .

We are a very small operation with a over 10,000 unique SKUs. It's been a great solution to put many function in one place - POS, inventory management and integration to eBay and Etsy. We have been using this app to draw Ebay and Amazon orders into Shopify for almost a month now and we are very pleased with it. We tried two other apps before this and neither were suitable. The customer service has been great, really attentive and responding very quickly. Would recommend.

Just doesn't work correctly. Known issues with main features, they removed Live Chat for AI(which i wouldn't mind if it was smart enough to resolve basic issues), Error Codes make no sense, profiles will reject being saved until something has been corrected but the error will also say its the mapping that is the error. Unlinks Etsy account every so often so orders don't come through and need reactivating. I just wanted a simple market connecting app that takes a small percentage of my order as I don't make enough from etsy to warrant a subscription. But this isn't worth the hassle.

update: Working with them to improve the app. Been using the app for a while but too many errors and glitches. Products not updating unless I go into the app. Orders not always importing. Have to reconnect a lot to make things work. Can't link items easily if they don't have matching skus

Would not recommend as I couldn't even test listing a product to etsy. The entire reason for using this app. I already use an app for listing to ebay and wish they offered for etsy as well. This app has far too many steps to create products. Not only that, it kept throwing an error stating the category was incorrect and yet it was not and I read all their help pages. Followed all the instructions and everything was setup correctly yet it still gave the same error. Deleting the "creation" profiles and trying to start again and it would not delete said profile. It would reload the page, but it was still there. I set the "creation" profile to match a specific store collection, yet it stated the item was not in said collection. The app comes across as buggy and the steps to list products are convoluted and not straight forward.

A few issues with getting the account connected as it looked like we were the first store to connect to Amazon Ireland, but quickly resolved and all good to now

I love this app, but more importantly, the support is fantastic. They schedule Zoom calls and make sure you know what you can do with the software. I make a few choices, and push dozens of products to Amazon with minimal effort. I recommend to anyone wanting to multiply their listings easily.

I will definitely recommend this product as it make life so easy linking eBay and Amazon, to link them is not so easy and I was assigned a specialized Nadia she was so helpful helped me step by step.

Having tried many Shopify/eBay connector apps, this is the one that meets my needs the best. Yes, they all have quirks as they all have different product design philosophies but I suspect I'll be using this app for a long time. (The app has Amazon capabilities but I'm using it only for eBay at this time) Their support is fast and covers most US time zones.

Been using for the past few months now, I love the ability to use Shopify custom data fields and integrate into ebay. Haven't had any issues syncing orders back to Shopify, which is why I had to drop my previous integrator. But what really makes this a pleasure to use is the customer service. The team is always quick and responsive to any issues, appreciate feedback, and is polite when the user makes a boneheaded mistake :-)

Such a great app - ive tried to integrate Etsy with my store multiple times, all with no luck. Although still not an easy process, Salestio and in particular Nadia, helped me step by step, even organising a video call to help. Highly recommend!

We have had the best experience with Salestio and their support team. It's an amazing app that allows you to expand your shopify store to these market places. Straight away we saw additional sales come through. But what I can't rave enough about is their service team, especially Nadia - we were able to set up a video call with them directly and they have assisted with all our email & questions. The app is probably good if you start everything from scratch. It doesn't handle migrating existing listings on ebay very well. Therefore, I stop using it because of that and it caused so many unhappy customers when they order out of stock products because the listings are not updated. The concept of selling lists might leave you with duplicate listings of a same product. It's hard to know which listing is from which selling list and that makes the manual problem solving process even more difficult. Nevertheless, support is good and timely.

Updated review: The Salestio team has been very responsive to my issues. They worked personally with me to get issues resolved again. They have also improved some of the issues with synchronization (specifically the pictues. Hopefully things are stable and the issues do not reoccur. I am impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the service. TLDR: I do not recommend this app. Reoccurring inventory synchronization issues. Full Review: It was difficult to get setup. I had to allow access to Salestio so they could fix the problems. The error messages are not useful for a user to resolve the issues. A few months went by and I noticed inventory not matching between ebay and shopify. I tried to resolve the issue but again could not make sense of the error messages. Had to contact Salestio again for help. They resolved the inventory mismatch and I was able to correct the errors. It was unpleasant fixing the issues it caused with my customers but things were working again... but not for long. A few months later I noticed that pictures were not updating and descriptions would not update no matter what I tried. I noticed that my inventory was yet again mismatching between shopify and ebay. This is not acceptable. I am waiting again for assistance from Salestio. I think it's time to move to another service. I just need the basic features they offer but they need to be consistent.

The app extension is not the easiest to use but they do have a lot of written how-to guides to help. It would be nice to have some video help but setting up an appointment with someone for specific help was easy and incredibly helpful! Nadia was the best!

We are really satisfied with the Salestio customer spoort! We had a problem with the app, which was fixed within a few emails and a few hours. Incidentally, not during normal working hours, but in the evening hours! So very good work and very good support!

Once i understood the method of adding products to Ebay from Shopify it was easy to do. Support staff are amazing in their response time if you have any issues. I also had a zoom call with an expert to talk me thru the set up process which was very useful If you are looking to add products to ebay then i would recommend this app

I tried several Amazon listing apps before I found Salestio and I could not be happier that this is where I ended up. I have a complex, very large inventory with lots of needs when it comes to bulk listing and this app makes a lot of that process easy. Their customer service has been extraordinary. They respond quickly and worked with me in depth to get my listings right.

I reached out to Salestio because we have a large volume of Amazon Vendor Central orders and I needed to have a better way to bring them into my Shopify store without doing it manually. Not many apps work with a Vendor Central account, most are Seller Central only. Salestio not only developed the integration with us but has been there every step of the way to solve issues that popped up. Their response is quick and efficient and so far we are very happy with app performance.

Let me start by saying I am not a techie. I know enough to get myself into trouble, but not enough to get out of it...LOL. I am starting to get the hang of the sequence that things have to be done. But above all, customer service is top notch. They are always there to bail me out of whatever it is I have done or not done. There is a time delay because of them being across the pond, but a message is always there same day or next day. Always ready to help and not putting the blame anywhere...I really appreciate that.

Great App, from a very supportive team that cares about its customers. It's a newer app that is constantly evolving and being improved. The team is very open to feedback and suggestions to constantly improve the app. If something goes wrong, or works unexpectedly, the support team is quick to respond and resolve the issue. Honestly, I'm not sure how I function without this app. I've used several other apps ( I won't name names), but Salestio is my go to solution for integration with the major third party marketplaces.

This app is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed.. I researched for weeks to find the right app and based on my needs and budget this seemed like the best option and it was! The support staff are honestly second to none, I've had multiple long video calls with Nadia who has done her best to help me get set up and teach me the app, and they are super open to adding needed functionality based on your needs. This app is great now in its early stages, I can only imagine how great it will be as they continue. A good application, greatly facilitates the management of orders from Amazon, eBay. Works well, support helps to solve all the necessary issues. Support in Ukrainian was also a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend

If you were looking for a smooth transition from the original ebay app, then this isn't it... First up, as others have said, the interface is very confusing and you have lots of "profiles" to create before you can list anything. Errors get thrown up all the time due to missing information hidden deep in a profile somewhere. The biggest problem for us is it only works on either product types or collections, not individual products. For us, it's impossible to have a collection or type that matches even ebay's minimum required item specifics (e.g. our collections have both new and used items but ebay need to know which) In order to list anything we're having to create a new manual collection, usually with only a handful of items. Then create a profile for that collection, then we can list it. This app would be so much better if it worked like the old ebay app and stored the ebay requirements per product and did away with all the complex profiles. The second problem is the link between this app and the Shopify database seems very slow to update. Changing stock levels or prices by metafields seems to take at least half a day before it shows in this app. (Even forcing Salestio to do a metafield refresh doesn't seem to speed things up) The support is good though and quick to respond. I'm sure all these companies have seen a huge increase in customers since the demise of the ebay app and hopefully they will invest in the development of their apps and they will continue to get better.

Really impressed so far. We have integrated with Amazon and Ebay and those have both been absolutely seamless, orders came in with no in issues at all. We have tried 3rd party shopify integration apps previously with decidely mixed results, the Salestio experience has been a revelation. There is always room for improvement, in our case around notes and note_attributes for channel order_ids, developer is really responsive and has been discussing what is required. One area for improvement for us would be Amazon Customisation orders, again the developer is engaged on this and hopefully we can collaborate on a solution.

As you all know by now the Shopify eBay app is discontinued. We were looking for a new app to sync eBay orders to Shopify. Salestio does everything we were looking for and more. Set up was fast an easy, with a few click our eBay account was connected and the app started importing all the new order from eBay. Nadia from their customer support team also kindly help us to synchronize past orders that we had pending and do some SKU mappings. Very happy with their customer support, they were very helpful. The app also allows you to connect your eBay listings to your Shopify listings or to publish your Shopify listings to eBay. Overall a great success choosing this app to connect our eBay store to Shopify.

The app looked so promising. I sell one off items, used on both eBay and Etsy along with my own shopify store. I keep out of stock inventory active for search because I have related products shoppers cross over into in the same categories. Like many eBay sellers, I am scrambling to find an app worth a lick for listing my shopify inventory on eBay. So, I tried out this app. The app installed the entire shopify inventory, out of stock and archived (items with stock that I am not selling at the moment). Of course, out stock counts toward your available sku's. Importing Archived should be a non-negotiable.... but..ok...I can work with that.... I go to my first profile I created for small 1st class mail products so I can add individual products and the app still does not show inventory available - so I have no idea what is actually available for sale when looking at 3000 plus one off sku's..... I can only think this app was developed around the needs of drop shippers selling 3rd party products. Fortunately, it didn't cost me a tone of time, but I would recommend you include this little factoid in your app description, because unless you have a handful of sku's to manage or are making product yourself, if you carry any inventory of significance on the shelf, you're gonna have no clue at some point when it is all showing "available" to list. Support was really prompt in their response to my inquiry about importing and qty issue which I appreciated. "Salestio does not differentiate if the product is out of stock when sending products to eBay. If you select the whole Selling List and it includes out-of-stock products, Salestio will send them as well. By default, eBay does not accept products with 0 quantity and might return the Error in listing the out-of-stock products. However, if you have Out of stock control enabled on eBay, the products will still be listed but they will be hidden from the search results. This way, buyers cannot purchase them." So I am not sure I want to spend a bunch of time configuring profiles for "0" qty one off items. The sorry part is, they import inventory, they synch inventory, so displaying it in the dropdown for adding items should be a pretty easy code change so that users actually know what they are working with. This product might be right for some folks, but it is not right for the typical eBay seller.

Customer support is very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the app is just very complicated to setup. Very nice interface, but every time we turn around something else isn't working and though we get a helpful response from support, the solution is always some random thing we must do which is unintuitive. No time for headaches so I decided to try something else. That said, I have to reiterate that their support is top notch. If you have your products organized the way their app needs and have some time to fiddle, it's a really well-designed app with great support.

This is one of the best plugin on Shopify store. It helps us automate products, inventory and orders with eBay and Amazon. Seamless integration. No issue. We've tried so many similar tools but they are either too expensive for us or didn't work properly. Salestio team hands down :)

We are using Salestio to connect Shopify to our eBay account. The support I have received is amazing with personal assistance when needed including video calling and screen sharing. I now have many products setup and am using the interface. It's working great. Once setup the management is way easier than the old native shopify integration. Well done Sales.io team (many thanks to Nadia also, who provided great support)

A few hiccups to start but the developers are very keen to please and addressed issues extremely quickly. I am currently only using this for Etsy orders which I am aware is in beta, but willing to be along for the ride based on my interactions with Alex.

This app is quite complicated to use BUT they have a really good support team that will walk you through everything and answer all your questions. Without the support team, I would never have figured it out, but after they showed me what to do, it's not too hard. If you download it and are confused, just reach out to support and they will get you ready to go.

This App and the support they give is worthless. Their 5 star reviews are probably from employees. After 4 days I deleted the App. Absolutely useless and it shouldn't be on Shopify at all.

Salestio is now a critical part of growing my business and I've come to rely on it within a short period of time. There's been a few teething issues, but the support team have been outstanding by replying very quickly and deploying fixes within 24 hours. I have been using this app for a few days now and it is working perfectly - unlike my experience with a more established Amazon integration app. I installed it, configured it in a few minutes and then spent half an hour or so linking my 600+ Shopify products to the same products in my Amazon store. If you encounter an error the app tells you what it is and how to fix it - unlike the previous app I used. The interface is much more intuitive and way easier to use. Tech support is great and quite quick even factoring in the time zone difference. Highly recommended.

The app helped us sync orders from Amazon to Shopify. It also sends the tracking information back from Shopify to Amazon which is very helpful. The support is great and they helped us solve all of our issues, moreover they reply to our emails very quickly. So if you are looking for an app to sync orders between Amazon and Shopify, then I highly advice to try this one out. Lastly it also works for all of the marketplaces on Amazon.
