We required a structured customer account for our website and this app has all of the features we needed. The wishlist and social account login add on is a plus. We are yet to explore various other features and integrations the app offers. The customer support was also good and resolved the issues we were facing promptly.

Wati's Whatsapp API tool has been a lifesaver for our online store. It's easy to use and helps us keep customers updated on their orders and answer their questions quickly. We're still learning all it can do, but so far, it's been a great tool for connecting with our customers.
