It is a really helpful tool, I have been using them for more that 1 year and it is converting sales. The Customer Support is great and Bharat is very supportive and responsive. A year in and still converting sales - that's the metric that matters most, and it's a good sign the setup is working the way it should. Glad the support experience has held up alongside it, and we're here whenever you want to push things further.
Great Customer Service!!! Kitty and Jeanette have been instrumental in helping me 1st improve Zapiet set-up and 2nd fix a situation where I messed-up my shipping settings. They really went the extra mile to find a solution to my challenge.

One of those rare Shopify apps that take code modifications seriously and don't add anything to the code automatically. Instead, they provide clear instructions on this for many themes out there. And yeah, the app itself works good and their support is responsive and on the point. Great app overall!
The app does the job as expected- pretty good customization options, subscriptions rules work as excepted. Also, Great customer support- timely and on point!
