Freshies By Stephy

One of the best Shopify app developers I've worked with. Fundlet completely changed the fundraising side of my business. Before Fundlet, I relied on paper forms. Now my fundraising program has become a growing part of my business because the app is simple, professional, and gives organizers the transparency they want. What really sets Fundlet apart is Matt. Every question I've had from participant tracking, campaigns, pricing, or feature ideas has been answered quickly. He genuinely listens to feedback and is constantly improving the app based on real user input. As a small business owner myself, I know how much work goes into building software like this. Thank you for creating something that has genuinely helped me grow my business. I've already recommended Fundlet to other Shopify store owners, and I'll continue recommending it every chance I get.

Amazing app, and customer service! My customers are easily able to upload a photo to customize their product. Emily Fladager was a pleasure to communicate with as well, I enjoyed working with her.

Joian Z was great! They helped me navigate the app. I appreciate the quick support!

Vatsal has been amazing. We worked on a minor issue throughout the day and he stayed in contact the entire time. I am a new user as of today. I easily made a form, I was just having coding issues in my theme. Great great great customer service.

I would recommend this product to others. It's not as confusing as most apps I have tried to use. When I came across a question a few different times I hit the chat option and was in conversation within minutes. Ron was amazing and patient with me as I showed him what I was trying to do. I figured this would be an hour conversation but I learned how to do this task now for future reference and my task tonight is complete so thank you Ron you are great! If I ever need help I hope you're the one that answers.
