I was brought in kind of late into a Webgility project- but I was connected to Faizan. He was very clear and concise and super easy to understand and extremely helpful. This program is very easy for a new-comer to pick up and get started right away!

we have been using this app for quite some time. we had issues with our kits putting us into back order status too many times to count. This app helped with this problem. we were able to control our inventory better since installing. Support is also very responsive. We had an issue with fulfillments when the app was first introduced. we provided feedback and there was an update to have the bundle item fulfilled on order. I had an issue with reporting due to the discounts, they started identifying their discounts so we could separate from our every day discounts. This was all with version 1.0. I cannot wait to see what 2.0 provides.

RetentionX has been a wonderful addition to our marketing strategy. We've been able to narrow down our segments and their purchasing habits.
