Zippy is amazing. It is so easy to use, I love it. I needed support because I didn't understand how to apply it to products properly, Ashish was really helpful. I highly recommend Zippy.
I would definitively recommend FAQify. Not only is it easy to use but the support is great. I am not all that tech savy and probably ask dumb questions but I never felt like that when I needed help.
