Title: Excellent Customer Support and Great Multi-Location Pickup Solution! We recently installed Bird Pickup & Delivery for our Shopify store, Nemuree Shop, which operates two physical retail locations in Malaysia. The app allows our customers to choose their preferred pickup branch, date, and time, making the shopping experience much more convenient. We encountered a few technical challenges during setup, particularly with theme integration and fulfillment routing. However, Rohit from the support team was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain how everything works and helped us resolve the issues. After several tests, the pickup system is now working well, including customer information, payment processing, and order details. What impressed me most was the quality of customer support. Having a reliable support team makes a huge difference when managing an e-commerce business. Highly recommended for Shopify merchants operating multiple physical stores.
They helped with any and all of my concerns! They took their time and were very patient with me! My website is in tip top shape now.
The customer support team was very available both via live chat but also via call and patiently helped me setup the app on my shop. Strongly recommend.

Brilliant app and support, i have been through 3 differnet delivery softwares to find exactly what i was looking for, support has been fantastic, very quick to respond and nothings to much trouble, certain features i wanted wasnt avaible and the devolpment team built them for me, couldnt reccomend enough

Absolutely amazing customer support! I reached out with an issue where customers were able to submit pickup orders without selecting a pickup date and time, which was causing confusion and requiring me to follow up with customers after they had already paid. The support team solved the issue within literally 2 minutes! They immediately understood what I needed, showed me exactly where to find the setting, and had me completely taken care of in no time. Fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. 5 stars without hesitation!

Great app and speedy tech support. Simple and not buggy.
I appreciate that my customers can choose a delivery or pick up time that I have previously set out. It makes it so much easier then having to connect with each customer. I can also set black out dates for vacations! Whenever I have issues they have always been able to fix it on their end. This is super helpful since i'm not a tech person at all.
Not only is their app great to work with and easy for customers, but beyond that their staff and support are incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. You really will find this is a must have, and great value compared to more expensive(and often clunkier) apps.

Great and fast support. Very well written and clean app. Update: After some time now we must update our review. This app really was a quality of life change for us. everything seems to run smooth as of now. the integration in shopify is so much better than the app we have used before. The customer support is fast and friendly. best of all, not every issue we had while setting up the app was answered with "give us access to your store". They really sovled all our problems by explaining and troubleshooting via chat. Setting up the app took us some time and some trial and error but coming from another app this was totally expected. all in all great app and worth every penny. Thank you.

Excellent support from Lokesh at Bird Pickup Delivery Date app. I had an issue with the date picker styling on my Shopify store and he fixed it very quickly and efficiently. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of using this app, I feel it's important to share my experience for other small business owners. I purchased this app hoping it would reduce manual work and make order management easier. Unfortunately, it has had the opposite effect. (Not a lie) Every single time I open my website for a launch, I run into critical issues. Order details in the dashboard appear incorrectly or inconsistently, and the maximum order limit frequently fails to work, allowing customers to place more orders than my business can realistically fulfil. As a small business, these problems have a real impact. Every time an issue occurs, I have to close my website, spend hours investigating the problem, respond to worried customers, and manually fix orders instead of focusing on and running my business. Support has always told me that the issue has been fixed, but in my experience it either returns during the next launch or a new problem appears instead. I've lost count of how many times this cycle has repeated. The most disappointing part is that I invested in this app to save time and reduce stress. Instead, it has created more work, more customer service, and more uncertainty. If you're considering this app because you want to automate your operations and make your business easier to manage, I would strongly advise thinking twice. Reliability is essential for order management, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I genuinely wanted this app to work, but it has ended up costing me far more time and effort than it has ever saved. ---------------------------------------------------------------_ Thank you for your response. I'd like to clarify a couple of points for accuracy. While your team usually replied to my support requests quickly, the actual resolution of critical issues often took half a day or longer. For a small business running limited preorder launches, that meant closing my website, manually managing orders, and spending significant time on customer service. I would also like to clarify that we never had a 1-on-1 call to discuss my experience, despite your response stating otherwise. All of our communication took place through support messages. My review is based solely on my experience using the app. The recurring issues with order limits and order details repeatedly disrupted my launches, even after I was told they had been fixed. Regardless of whether the cause was Bird, Shopify, or the integration between the two, the impact on my business was the same. I genuinely wanted the app to succeed because its features matched my business needs. Unfortunately, the repeated operational issues meant it created more work rather than reducing it, which is why I cannot recommend it to other small businesses that rely on reliable preorder management. added - Friday 13th June 2026

The app works great for the most part. Some aspects of how it interacts with Shop Pay and Shopify Rates can be confusing and tricky but the support team is excellent and very responsive.

So far I have only used this app for my customers to schedule their deliveries, but I like it and it is easy for them to use, too. I have reached out to customer support a couple of times and they are very responsive, always fix the problem, and even explain why the issue is happening. I really appreciate that!

UPDATE: We've now been using this app for a couple of years and still have nothing, but great things to say about it. Support is still great, the app is frequently updated with new features and they are also very open ti feedback. Highly recommend! Only just setting up this app after deciding to go with it due to it's affordability and functions seeming better suited for our business over other more expensive apps. So far the experience has been great, the set up is straight forward and even if at some points it's not for a non-developer like myself doing the website no my own, the support team has been outstanding! They reply quickly and provide with links to additional step-by-step, but when I still messed something up with the code, they were able to help me fix it super quick. Really impressed and hoping it will be smooth use from here on out.

It's been a couple of months in so far but I love the app and especially the customer support whom I've contacted twice already. I'm still in the early stage and therefore on a free tier, but will upgrade without hesitations once sales pick up.

This is the app that addresses several functions that I absolutely need for our small bakery. It is super easy to configure-just follow the detailed instructions. When I hit a couple of snags (because I failed to follow the provided instructions), I opened the live chat, explained my issue and within a couple of minutes, support corrected my errors and helped configure the settings.
