I love using the app and Gemma helped me a lot, I appreciate for her.
I installed the app for only 15 minutes to try it out and removed it from my store because it wasn't useful. There was a free trial and I took advantage of it. They will see for themselves that I deleted it after only 15 minutes. However, I saw that they reflected the monthly fee on my bill. This is nothing but a scam, I do not recommend you to use it.

Since the trial was used up, when you re-applied for the service, the system automatically charged you. I installed it for free and the interface is simple, the customer representative was helpful. But it is not very useful, it needs to be improved. Because a lot of features are missing, I wasted a couple of hours setting up the app and had to delete it because I couldn't find the features I wanted. still, basic level stores can use it.
