Outstanding App and Even Better Support The Countdown Timer Bar by Samita has been a high-impact add-on for our store. Setup is quick, the interface is clean, and it integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The customisation options are strong, the timer displays perfectly on desktop and mobile, and it creates real urgency without cluttering the page. What really pushed this from great ap” to must have was the support. Lyla was phenomenal. Professional, fast, and genuinely invested in helping us get everything dialled in. She resolved our questions with zero friction and made the whole onboarding process ridiculously smooth. Reliable app, exceptional performance, and world class support from Lyla. Easy five stars. <3
This app is essential, and the support team is world-class. I needed quick help setting up my Black Friday countdown timer to display perfectly on my home and collection pages, and the support agent, Haley, was immediately responsive and solved the issue within minutes. They didn't just point me to a document; they jumped in and ensured the timer was working flawlessly for my sales event. Highly recommend for their product and their excellent customer service! Thanks!
