I am absolutely blown away by this app, and even more so by Jayden with such fast, clear, comprehensive assistance. The app was installed by me with the utmost ease. The only issue was that all my products are unique, so I think there was a small challenge in the system finding matches for reviews. Jayden got in touch with me immediately, on his own initiative, and while I went grocery shopping he fixed everything up just exactly the way I wanted it to look. So great! I can not express how excellent this app is (I used it to pull reviews from Etsy), and how exceptional the customer support is. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Update after longer use. When revising my website, I also looked more closely at Wise Reviews, and discovered it could be tuned to function even better for my needs. Some simple adjustments, and it is looking perfect. Also edited, and activated, the automatic requests for customer's reviews, and this is bringing in many more reviews— a very valuable (and, sadly, long-neglected by me) feature.

So far it's great. I had some problems but their support helped me solve each one.

I was very unlucky with this application. I had a problem with the extension from the very beginning. The extension starts importing reviews and eventually throws an error. I tried to solve this problem with the help of an assistant. I corresponded for almost a week both in the application and by e-mail, but I got a completely incompetent assistant JAYDEN. He didn't solve this problem within a week. Even though I sent both screenshots and videos. This individual JAYDEN didn't even consider it necessary to respond to the last message. Thank you for the worst cooperation of the week.

No longer auto import review from shopee. and even with extension there will be double entry.

Super easy to set up and works exactly as promised! I was able to import all my product reviews quickly, and the interface is very intuitive. I had some trouble installing it manually, but the support team (Codex Apps) jumped in right away, sent a collaboration request, and got everything running perfectly. Excellent app and fantastic customer service — highly recommended!

It's good and easy to use but their emails for collecting reviews are just not as inviting as other apps are. when someone gets an email asking for a review he gets sent to the product page instead of writing the review from the email, or at least be sent to somewhere he can actually write the review. it's just makes things harder for the customers...

The app has worked great for me. I did have a problem one time when it wasn't connecting to Etsy, and they fixed it for me in a few hours. Definitely recommend.

Very Good App its Help me and Good Support

I was looking for an app that would let me import reviews from Etsy and this worked perfectly. I had one question and it was answered by support quickly. My reviews were on my website in under 10 minutes, highly recommend!
