Beware when you download. They will change plans, throttle access, and try to force existing customers to pay more once they get into your store. Unsavory / unethical business practice at the very least.

The app has a LOT of user experience issues, but the latest is just absurd. they completely removed password logins, and require a code be sent to your email in order to log in. Well, if your email server is down? There is no alternate. You can't log in. There's no option to just use your password. 99.9999% of the internet has passwords AND two-factor authentication. Somehow these morons got it in their heads to completely remove the password option would "enhance convenience" (a literal quote from their customer support today). I could go on with a number of other issues, but this one just boggles the mind so much I had to write a review.

EDIT to the reply: My customers have opted into marketing emails FROM ME, not from you. You're hijacking my customer base for your own emails. I'll repeat: absolute abuse of privacy and my company. Stop sending obnoxious marketing emails to my customers WHO AREN'T EVEN PAYING WITH SHOP PAY / USING SHOP. this is pathetic abuse of privacy and abuse of my company's customer base. support has made it clear we can't use Shop Pay without these obnoxious emails going out. will be reconsidering whether to have our shop there.

Shady business practices, taking advantage of site data they have been given access to to try and force a payment scheme on my site. Will never use again, and I encourage any shop owner who wants to do business with trusted partners to go find another app to integrate into their site.
