Time for rating after weeks of testing and settling for a shipping app that finally suits my needs. What do i mean? Ok, here we go. Choosing a shipping app was much harder than you can imagine: 1. Modern design: If you have a site relying on the regular drop shipping model, this won't hurt much but still makes a difference. For me? I run a heavily curated visuals and a somewhat old fashioned, "warehouse" style just isn't the right fit. This has me covered completely. Also, tracking with map. Pure premium. 2. Reliable. Until now, no issues. And i mean it. ZERO performance issues. Shipping is one of the most important things. 3. Growth plan is 9$/month for 300 orders. More than fair, lets be honest here. 4. The Growth plan includes synchronized tracking for PayPal. It keeps everything organized and saves sooo much time since the order details are added automatically. Having this included in a low-priced plan means you don’t need an extra app for it, making your setup lighter. And if it wasn't on a low paid plan, maybe I wouldn't have done my research on this. 5. Customer support. This one brings back bad memories of some other apps. Yes some were great, but their customer support either couldn't understand what i was asking for and we had endless loops of telling me the same, either was entirely off topic. With this app, the only case i needed support was at the beginning of the testing and wasn't about a performance issue but for feature availability. Or maybe its just me, in general i search and try more than average so maybe i am not the one to speak of customer support. If some complaints i hear for average (or lower) quality customer support are true, then guys invest some time on training some more your people. I know you all want to do your job, so you won't lose by doing that, it would be a pity. But again, not much to say here, consider consulting other reviews on this subject. 6. Customization: I am covered enough (add images, FAQs) and there is still one option i haven't explored yet (Its in the customization section). One specific app i have in mind had great customization (and in fact it provided some more) but i just couldn't integrate it to my site. So, conclusion: If something bad happens AND can't be discussed/fixed after a small time window of a discussion of good will, then i will come back for an update to share my experience. For now? A clear 5/5.

Since i write the review after feedback requests have been implemented, i can state the following. So, after some weeks of testing: 1. Great light app. 2. Nice clean menus on dashboard. 3. Feedback requests have been implemented (yes, i have said that before but its not to take for sure it will happen) and was fast. Accidental? i don't know, i think more have gave feedback for some features to be added (like being able to name our flows and not only show a number). Shows to me that they listen. Was coincidence? We will see in the future. 4. Price: i can't imagine someone is complaining. More than reasonable pricing. -Suggested Improvements: 1. I would really like to be able to change the flow positions higher or lower so they can be somewhat "grouped" (e.g. to me it would be great to be able to have tier flows one after another then all order related flows). Maybe having some tabs that can be named to allow us to have flows grouped by function? If not possible then repositioning and some separators? Tiny suggestions that make things visually easier for us (for me at least). 2. A condition that makes a flow active for a period of time its a much much desired feature. I hope it can be done. 3. Add multiple tags and separate them by commas: Nothing huge here, but consider the tag to be active even if we don't have a space before the tag's name. I these features are added, then its a clear 5/5 for me. lets say for now its 4.5/5. Since i cant do that, 5 stars. 4 stars seems low rating to me.

-App funtionality: 5/5 -Customer Support: 5/5 -Pricing: Continue reading Details and thoughts: 1) First impressions weren't promising because the app blocks didn't show at all. I contacted customer support and eventually we figured out. IMPORTANT: THE APPS WORKS, the issue was of the order itself somehow being messed up by a previous app i tried (it added products rather than replacing them with new variants). Customer support placed a new test order, edited it and it worked. I placed a test order for myself to see also and yes, the blocks now are visible AND working. 2) Customer support was excellent, nothing more to say here. Shubham, i appreciate the help man. 3) Sooooo, pricing... At the time the review is written, there are 3 plans, Free / Starter / Pro. The first two are almost identical, with the Starter offering unlimited order edits. Fine. The PROBLEM is that the Pro plan scales very aggresively from 29$ (Starter) to 129$ (Pro). Pro plan has important editing features (at least in my opinion) like Add/Replace Products. Maybe a better option would be a paid plan between the Starter and Pro, offering at least some essential editing features like the above and having an editing threshold (maybe up to 300 orders, i don't know) or something else. To my eyes its something that makes it difficult for new stores opt for it. This one alone has left me with a bitter taste of that great app. Why great? the app is NOT over bloated with menus in the dashboard, nothing more, nothing less, i believe it has most things a store will need. But, given that i launch my eshop in a few days and not having really any true experience in sales until now, take this with a grain of salt). To me as a new shop owner seems ideal though. FEEDBACK: 1) The "edit" link in the variants tab is too small and easily unnoticed, place all fields in the variants tab instead of the pop up window but make the fonts / selectors a little bigger. 2) I believe a "Download Invoice" never hurt anyone. By not being an editing feature, it deserves its own place for better clarity. 3) Couldn't test more because... you know... Pro plan restrictions. -So, why the 5 stars? To me, as a performance / functionality / minimalist (and new store owner) driven individual and having tested some order editing apps, this one stands out. The pricing leaves a bitter taste but that's up to them to decide their business plan (but i hope they introduce more paid plan options in the future). IF PRICING IS something that matters more to you for judging an app, then maybe the overall rating would be lower to you. Myself, i always separate these things. Overall, greatly performing app but sadly not for me as a starting eshop (maybe in the future)...
