Matt was very helpful in getting things setup & answering questions, and when I had an issue with the initial sending with what I would consider a horrible non-receipt rate of emails, he helped resolve the issue and provided a one-time resend of account invites which seemed to do the trick. Thank you!
Great responsiveness from the support team in help with setting up the app for Back In Stock notifications and integration for the site. Wish there was a higher email allowance for the plans, but it is what it is. Thank you!
I had a great experience with LitExtension. They were able to help me migrate from the aging HikaShop ecommerce software to Shopify without any issues.
