App only allows 100 variants to be imported from Shopify, despite that limitation being lifted from Shopify itself months ago. Agents had no idea about this until we notified them, and first tried to argue that it wasn't their limitation... They "opened a ticket" and assured they'd update as the ticket progresses, but we have heard nothing from them other than when we reach out for updates. Was told when we did our October check-in that they were about to roll out testing, and yet, still nothing. Several variants have been managed manually for months now. An absolute nightmare for our small team, and now we are having to shop around for an inventory manager that can actually manage our inventory... Very disappointed in what was once a decent service.

This app is such an easy way to automate back in stock notifications. Easy sales as soon as you get items back in stock. Love it! Support is very attentive and responds right away; they helped me troubleshoot when we couldn't determine if it was the app acting funny, or my theme.

I'm just learning my way around, and am planning to have Bold manage my BFCM sale. The Bold team has been very prompt and helpful with my questions and requests. Kelsey in particular answered quite a few questions that were beginner questions, and I appreciate her patience with me! Looking forward to seeing how this works in real time soon! Update: the app worked great, and I had one question about the way payments were processing, and needed some technical support once my sale was already in progress. Challi was super helpful and got me prompt support, which I really appreciate! Bold support has been awesome!

This app has helped us so much! As a shop with a LOT of product variations, I love being able to clear some of the clutter on our product pages. And the support team is very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
