The free version gives you no control over the emails, the scheduling, the frequency, the templates, ANYTHING! I don't know when emails are being sent, I can't see the email template, I can't edit the email signature... The only positive is that thankfully I got all 5 star reviews and the widget displays fine on my homepage. However, I was told yesterday that a customer left a review because they felt "harassed". I wish I could see or modify ANY kind of settings. Looking for a new app now.
The free version is pointless... every option I attempted to create wouldn't work and gave me an error message at the very end stating that I could only create ONE variant per option.... WHAT IS THE POINT? Waste of time!

The free plan of the app gives you the ability to add an unlimited number of options to one product in your store. This plan also gives you the access to apply conditional logic to your product. Setting up so emails don't go to spam was a bit confusing, but customer service is great and quick to respond. This app is great, all that's missing are site reviews in the free plan
