We added this app to our Shopify store a few weeks ago and are still in the process of setting everything up. While it’s too soon to comment on the impact for our sites, the level of customer service has truly stood out. The support team has proactively offered multiple one-on-one onboarding sessions and scheduled follow-ups to ensure a smooth setup. Every time I’ve reached out for assistance, I’ve received prompt and helpful replies, which is a rare experience I have found. So far, we’re very pleased with both the responsiveness and commitment to customer care.
This app has saved us BIG TIME on at least two occasions. The restore process is delightfully easy. Fantastic app. Can't recommend it enough.
First day in and I'm impressed. Interface is intuitive and lovely, and the support is great. Most importantly, it does exactly what we were hoping it would and more. I can't help smiling watching real customer sessions - so cool!

Excellent tool for helping me communicate properly with my dropship suppliers. Really helps to keep us organized and keep our drop shippers accountable. Excellent support too! Our emails are responded to in a timely manner and where necessary they'll hop on a call where they ask very insightful questions to help understand and solve our issue. Highly recommended all the way around!

App is excellent - we're getting a steady stream of product reviews that we never had before. Support is stellar also. We had some technical integrations that we needed Stamped to do and Tommy and company were very accommodating and responsive. Well done folks!
I have used this app to quickly and easily add complex automations to my business. This app has saved our business tens of thousands of dollars in saved time and money. I'd give it 5-stars if there were a few more trigger events, but they seem to be adding more and more functionality to it every day so I'm sure the list of triggers will continue to grow.
Helpscout is an outstanding help desk tool for small and medium businesses. The Shopify integration is great. It allows me to see (and links to) a customers Shopify order history from within helpscout. It adds great context to customer interactions.
Super easy to use. Coupon / mailchimp automation is genius. Fantastic app.
