Been using this app for at least 3~5 years.... Today, suddenly this damn app bug out and make a $100 discount code to one of my customer. The customer basically get a free $100 worh of product for paying nothing. To make it worse, when I raised the concern the support team treat me like an idiot that do not know how to navigate the app. Hey, I have been using this app for 3~5 years, I know how the discount work, how to navigate those BASIC thing. Your app caused me to lost $100 and you know throw the blame on me?

Extremely rubbish app. Used it for more than half a year, all of a sudden the visitor count getting reset without my acknowledgement. Thanks to our customer notifying us then we raised the issue to the developer. After understanding the issue, we get ghosted by them, not replying anymore for days. This is an extremely concern and risky app to install as you might lost all your count any time

Perfect apps, great support! Its easy to use and constantly getting update from the dev. So far so good, been using it for years now!

A great conversion app, although sometime it might take a few seconds to load/convert the price which caused small amount of our customers to be panic for a moment. Hope it could speed up the conversion or having a pre-loaded function.

Using Tidio for more than a year. Very stable, so far the server only down once to my notice but overall is one of the best live chat app for Shopify. One feature that I cannot stress how important it is to some of us which is a thread status option, Away. Online and offline is a definite but away is still super important as well. Hope this will getting added soon or else we will probably looking at some other option and probably cheaper once we hit the 24 months of usage.
