Love this app! It seems to work wonderfully, and the support by Sophie has been fantastic. I think it will be a great addition to our arsenal of tools to get customers to spend more. Ticket average has already gone up... and I think through the holidays it is just going to get better. i am not only really excited about this app, and think it is probably the best one anyone could have going into the holidays.. The app seems to work flawlessly so far. The best thing is their service, Zac had it installed and running very quickly, and not only that, he followed up and went way above and beyond. Seriously, you probably want this for your site. Have to say Yotpo is truly our best on site app.. I believe the customers like/read/trust the reviews. Their customer service is top notch, I actually just submitted a ticket on a minor issue, and Gary wrote me back on a Sunday morning, and is handling it now. The ease of customizing the after purchase emails is fantastic, any idiot can do it... i am proof. The free service is great i am sure, but the premium is so worth it. They really are fantastic. Ron
