so far so good! Will update if my experience changes. but cant complain much with it being free! UPDATE: This app is AMAZEBALLS! The FAQ page is clean and easy to use. Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. No coding is required. The best part is it is FREE!! Do not pay for a FAQ app, just use this one and you wont regret it! The added "chat" widget is super cool too!
The support team is very helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure the app matched our website and functioned as needed.

Support is fantastic. Responded very quickly and immediately resolved a concern and helped customize the app to fit our needs. Allows for custom pricing for individual products, which is a huge feature for us. Highly recommended.
