Good. There's one small fix that can take it from 3 stars to 5 stars. Please let us update product descriptions without having to remove the product from peoples stores and then make them re-add them. This should be a simple fix. Than you!

Thank you for the feedback! The good news is that this is possible today, if your retailer adjusts their product sync policies. Retailers can choose to continually sync title, description from suppliers. It is not selected by default but suppliers can request retailers to enable it. Got this app to send custom notifications to staff for internal orders, as well as to notify vendors whose product we sell on our store. We've were using Shopify Flow for notifications, but kept getting complaints from vendors that the email format was very hard to read and confusing. With this app, notifications can double as packing slips. They are EASY to read, and look like normal Shopify notifications with line items and shipping details. I reached out to CS to see if we could edit the template of the notifications to fit our needs. The founder, Kieran, responded right away and made the edits promptly. Twice! Would recommend.
Excellent app. Offers better functionality to automate collections, more fields, conditions, filtering, etc. Also excellent customer service!
