Simple to install and configure (just make sure you watch the youtube video as it makes everything clear). Support has been excellent and helped us customise a few items. We've worked with a few different bundle apps and this has been the cleanest to install and get working.

Highly recommended. Excellent customer support from Lennon has helped us navigate the installation and configuration swiftly as well as giving us some good feedback on how to structure on-site. This is the second brand we've installed the app on and we've seen an impressive lift in conversion to date and looking forward to scaling the offer going forward with both brands. The app itself is robust and well designed, integrating cleanly with our shopify payments and paypal options.
We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.
We had unorthodox needs for our post purchase survey and found Kno to be the only option that allowed us to create the survey we wanted and the reporting we needed. On top of that Jeremiah gave us hands on advice and support to make the whole process seamless. Would recommend and continue to use now for over 6 months.

Stumbled upon Browsee whilst looking for an app to better understand our customer journey. Its simplicity of installation and intuitive dashboard is really quite outstanding.
