I downloaded their app to see if it would help. I did not have a chance to use it and I was charged $199. When I scan through the app store and find apps I want to try there should be a place to keep them until I'm able to use

We are so sorry for your experience. As stated at the beginning of the free trial, after 14 days, you get charged our standard fees automatically - unless you uninstall the app. However, we have a 100% unconditional refund policy in your case & would be happy to help you with an immediate refund of that automatically charged $199.
Buddha reacted quickly to my issue that i had with their product update and listened to me throughout the fix making the correction in a very timely manner! happy with their service

i've been using this app for over 6 months and our store has over 10000 products with over 70 variants per product. This solution is awesome because it makes our site shoppable. Their Tech support is timely, professional and very helpful.... no this is not an employee writing this review - i am a real customer and will remain a customer as long as they continue with the outstanding service!
