Un service exceptionnel et une application remarquable! Ça fait plusieurs années que je travaille avec Budha Mega Menu et je suis toujours aussi satisfait de leur service! Une équipe professionnelle, efficace, rapide et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions ou régler les petits problèmes. Et que dire de l'application elle-même! Elle est tout simplement excellente, complète, facile à utiliser et offre énormément de possibilités pour personnaliser et améliorer la navigation d'une boutique Shopify. C'est vraiment un outil que j'apprécie au quotidien. Le service est impeccable, les suivis sont toujours excellents et c'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec une équipe aussi compétente et fiable. We have used the app for two years now and it is simple APP to use and it creates fantastically rich menus. Very easy to make changes and reorganise the content. Fast support when needed.

Customer support is lacking. There is no instant chat with either AI or a Human and if you need help the email turn around is too long. the product appears to be reasonably useful but when you need assistance and can't afford to pay someone to do the work for you its impossible. dissapointed there is not better customer service, especially as I am now paying for this product.

Although my theme has built in Mega Menu, I prefer this app. It is much more user friendly and it works with my main, mobile and mobile toolbar. The menu is absolutely beautiful. This required very little work on my part. I’ve been using this app for quite some time with absolutely no problems. I recently upgraded my theme to Shopify 2.0 and of course reinstalled it on my new theme (which Also came with a sluggish and complicated Mega Menu). I had a small problem with my main menu font size (my theme is a custom theme) as the app is designed to use your theme settings so it will look great right out of the box. However, my theme being slightly different than most, the app didn’t copy my font size. Calin and Anca fixed this problem for me in no time. Once again my store is absolutely perfect! I've been using Buddha for a couple of years now, and I really love the app. I don't use the mega menu, as I'm not a fan of mega menus, with a shop that has over 6,000 items in it, but the way you can make custom menus really is perfect for me.

I have been using the Buddha Mega Menu for a while. I recently had an issue with the menu. I reached out to them, and they helped sort out the matter most effectively. i have been happy with the clear and clean functioning of the the menu on my online store.

We had an issue with the integration to our shopify theme. The team at Budda worked dilligently to resolve the issue and the menu now works great on all mobile devices again!

THANK YOU to the team! Great app. Easy to use, great user interface, and adds the right type of menu to the right type of theme for our purposes. If I could control the font size, font weight, and width of the submenu to maintain a single line of categories as opposed to stacking within the mega menu on desktop, I would give this app 5 stars.

By far, this is one of the best apps we have ever installed on our Shopify store. It is easy and very effective. And We love the little animated train at the end signaling save or update actions. It is so cute.

Gave it a 5/5 due to always receiving great help from support in fixing any outstanding issues. In terms of functionality, the app is quite robust and great for quickly creating mega-menus. Seems better suited for smaller stores (less collections OR more similar collections) than it would be for diverse marketplace-type stores with lots of varying collections. Could be improved in terms of design and CRO elements, but overall very effective given the pricing and support.

Excellent app and customer service

This app is good... like, really good. But it's not perfect. My biggest and only complaint is that if I have a featured product for sale with a buy button in a simple menu, when a customer hits the "ADD TO CART" button, it doesn't update the native cart. A pop up appears with a link to go to the cart page, but the actual cart on the site doesn't update with the new product without refreshing the page. - On Dawn theme.

Excellent! If you're creative, the options are endless. I had some questions at the beginning of the setup, but the support team is efficient.

Besides all the facts on the 1 star reveiws... I am going to say this.. If you want to install an app for $10 that doesn't have chat support.. Then go ahead and waste your time and moeny then you will def uninstall it.

This app offers great flexibility in presenting the right information to potential customers as they browse your shop. It enables us to display products and cross-sells tailored to the specific section of the menu the customer is viewing. Customer support has been top notch as well.

Free, easy and works!

It could be better. The fonts all look off, no matter what you choose. There is no way to select the bold or semi-bold option. Products or collection images display in a circle, with no other option. You cannot float a long list into a second column without putting the title on both columns and breaking the list into two, which looks awful on mobile. You cannot leave a column blank for spacing. All that to say, I haven't found a way yet to make this look good.

App is good and has good functionality, I seem to be able to do everything i need to do but I cant add custom CSS. However, that shouldn't be a big deal as it says in the help docs to just reach out and they will do any changes for you.... That brings me to the next point, do they reply? It's been 2-3 days (depending on their time zone) since i first reached out. No response and i'm running out of days on my free trial. Will update my review when they eventually come back to me but if they haven't by the time my free trial ends I shall be moving on over to another MegaMenu app. UPDATE: Moved over to "Meteor Mega Menu & Navigation" Looks insane and at only an extra $5 a month.

We've been using Buddha Mega Menu & Navigation for our site and it is everything we need it to be! I reached out regarding an issue we were having and the support team was quick to respond and we came up with a solution within 24-hours.

These days there are thousands of apps in the store and it can be difficult to separate the good from the junk. Let this review be your sign that this is one of those apps you're hoping to find among the clutter. It just works, it's rock solid and doesn't have outages or weird quirks. The customer service behind this app is insane. I'm used to sending emails to other apps asking clarifying questions or in urgent need of information and waiting a week to hear back, but not with Zero Carbon. We recently completely revamped our site. I had to reach out to them over and over as I found problems (the problems were entirely due to the nature of the new site, megamenu worked completely out of the box on our previous, more typical site). They opened a ticket, looked into the problem, and typically had it fixed within a business day. Ya'll... this was on their free tier. I'm not even a paid customer yet and this is the kind of service they deliver. If I could sort the app store by apps with this kind of customer service my shopify experience would improve dramatically. So if you're looking for a megamenu with all the bells and whistles and you're sick of trying to separate the signal from the noise definitely give this one a chance.

I can say one thing, The app is super easy to use, user friendly and works like a charm. I put in a support reguest and withing a few hours got feedback from support and the next day I looked the issue was resolved and my menu changes were made. Well done team, thank you for the help. Don't hesitate to use this app, its amazing.

Overall easy to implement. I have one request, the parent menu items appear very small on the website. While you can adjust the drop downs, that is not possible with the parent items.

This Mega Menu is truly fantastic, really well done, practical and beautiful to see: it is simple and intuitive to create a stunning menu with animations of the images. It has many features to choose from and I found two "plus": you can decide to "no link" to anything the menu and submenu titles (both respectively of the first and second layer) and the size of the images you want to show in the menu. Customer Support also was very fast answering my questions and solve an issue I had with the theme I am using. Thank you! I am really happy!

Works exactly as expected and is very easy to understand and use, the visual layout while editting menues makes fine-tuning your store's navigation a breeze. Adding sub-menues beyond the standard Shopify limit of two levels was essential for our store, and this app saved the day. Everything worked great out-of-the-box and never needed to contact support.
