Service was quick and responsive. They performed lots of testing till they were sure all was working correctly.

Spoke with Leslie who is an amazing customer service rep, but the app itself is only 4 stars as of right now I cannot add to the Back-in-Stock alert list after the latest update.

I worked with Will regarding a few open carrier claims, and he was both knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of my questions during a single online chat, which I really appreciated. I'm so glad the chat option is available.
