After using this app since 2020, ongoing pricing inaccuracies forced us to switch to a more dependable app. Customer service is non existent. We email the support email address provided and simply do not receive responses. For something as critical as live pricing, no customer support response is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Enjoying this app, many different upsell options and the support is very helpful and quick. Clean, easy interface on the backend and good walk through videos, I wish more apps made these to show functionality and use cases. Thanks Mani for your assistance!

Avoid and don't waste your time. I have been paying for this app for 3 years and for the first time I requested support on a bug affecting my store and I received pathetic non-existent customer service. Very unprofessional.

Great tool, excellent in design customization and responsiveness. The new editor looks amazing, excited to try it out. Support is thorough and very helpful.
Good app, doe sits job well. Really benefits from having one's store setup optimally. Only really ran into issues when I had 5/6 promos going at once. Support team has been great.
