Support were very helpful and efficient with addressing a few issues for me. The app itself is quite easy to setup.
Really happy with Fera so far. It was easy to set up, looks great on our Shopify store, and makes collecting customer reviews simple. The photo review feature is a nice touch and everything has worked reliably. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a review app.

I had a small issue with the dropdown, contacted Easify on the online chat. Clove was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly.
