While the platform is generally user-friendly, we've encountered some occasional hiccups, particularly with the Partnerships tool, but overall, GRIN has been a great investment for our business, helping us grow our brand and build stronger relationships with our influencer community.

Amazing customer support! We ran into some errors when trying to import reviews from our previous platform and reached out to the support team.
