We were with Avalara for years. The customers service was impossible, the fees continued to increase and we had a new account rep every six months, making it impossible for any continuity of service. Moving to TaxRex has been a weight off my shoulders. They make the process simple, like it should be. The fees are reasonable and they respond quickly. I wish I would have made the switch earlier. I can now focus on other aspects of our business.

The app works as intended and support is AMAZING. We had to have it altered to work with our theme and a few personalization requests which they knocked out within 24 hours each time. Super easy to work with and to implement. Highly recommend.

We use this app to help notify our customers when our sold out products are back in stock. We learned from a customer that this function was not working, so we reach out for support through their app platform. Awesome, very responsive customer service! The program is pretty intuitive and the combinations of shipping rules are endless. We have a lot of quirky caveats to our shipping options so using ASM is a huge help!
