Quizify offers great value for the price, and the support team genuinely wants to help. Priyanka, in particular, was incredibly patient, responsive, and dedicated to helping me work through my questions. I found the product recommendation scoring logic difficult to follow for more advanced quiz setups. I spent quite a bit of time trying to configure the recommendation logic I originally envisioned and ultimately had to restructure my quiz to fit the platform's standard "normal" logic. Overall, I would recommend Quizify to businesses looking for an affordable quiz platform.

It’s been one week since we signed up with KnoCommerce for our post-purchase survey, and although it’s still early, we’ve had a great experience so far, especially with onboarding thanks to Sid. He walked me through setting up the post-purchase survey, connecting everything to Klaviyo, and shared additional helpful tips along the way. I’m also planning to meet with him for another session to set up a product recommendation quiz. Excited to see the results from both the survey and the quiz!
I have truly enjoyed using this app! The whole team is incredibly helpful and responsive and having the metrics that we gained from Shoplift has helped us make the best decisions for our company.
We have been using Novel for a little bit over a month now and can see huge traction in our shoppable videos. It is a great way to teach your audience more about your product and further help with conversions. And of course, the Novel team is amazing and super helpful!
I used this app to implement an in-cart upsell. The customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend!
