Our store used ByteStand for over a year to automatically fulfil our Shopify orders from Amazon through MCF. We tried several Shopify-to-Amazon solutions, and ByteStand was, by far and without a doubt, the best one we used. The app automatically synced our product inventory from Amazon to Shopify and kept tracking information up to date. The platform genuinely helped us expand our operation, but what really stood out was the support. Cara and the entire ByteStand team went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. Terrible. Created massive problems for us with regards to inventory sync and pre ordering. Inventory on Shopify did not match Amazon and as a result we were selling product we didn't have as regular orders. Lots of refunds and unhappy customers. The support was always blaming Shopify for the issues until many back and firths finally got them to understand it was their app not Shopify. IF you never sell pre-order then the app has some great features but unfortunately the inventory management and sync made it a deal breaker. Moved to a competitor and now we dont have any problems.
