Developed is always quick to help whenever I have needed to make changes. Have had app for a couple of years now and works well.
I really like the app. It’s clean, fast, and helps increase the average order value.

We have been using Captain Shipping Protection since the very early days they provided this app and are super happy. It has helped us offering a valuable offer to our customers that provides them with confidence that their orders arrive safe and if something should happen during transit that they get priority resolution and either a refund or a replacement product without any hazzle. The support team is super responsive and if we have any questions are getting us answers straight away!

12/18/25 UPDATE: Our Captain Protection option is catching on with our customers. We’re very happy with it’s performance and their great customer support (looking at you Mig!) We recently launched this app on our website, so it's still too early for a 5-star review. However, if it lives up to its promises, I'll definitely be updating my review. I had a very quick and helpful chat with customer service today. They were able to answer my question promptly. It's looking promising!

This App killed my conversion rate from 2.7% to 0.7% I don't know what happened but I uninstalled it after 1 day - please refund
