De app werkt zo goed dat de hele betaalwijze (paypal) is verborgen. Ik heb ze netjes gemaild of ze even willen meekijken. Daarna nog een herinnering gestuurd maar geen enkele reactie. Zonde van de €5, kan nu net zo goed de optie paypal helemaal uitschakelen, is goedkoper! De klant kan nu nergens in onze shop voor paypal kiezen........

Hi ! We're sorry to hear to hear that you had a problem with the app as it's the first time we get this type of feedback. We also very carefully checked our emails to see if we had missed yours but could not find it. You mentioned that you had wasted 5€ but our interface shows that you uninstalled our app 3 days after installing it so you were not charged anything thanks to our 7 days free trial. We'd be more than happy to look up at your problem, don't hesitate to send a message to support@blackswan.paris, we generally answer every email in less 24h.
Very satisfied with this addition to my shop. Very friendly and super fast communication. Think along with you and are solution-oriented. Now I hope that the full app will be available in Dutch soon, so that more Dutch people will come!
