Update! If you leave a bad review, the management team will send you a threatening email, as if leaving a negative review violates their policy, which proves they actively manipulate their reviews. The level of aggression to get you to talk over the phone just to integrate their app is incredible, and honestly, it's not surprising. They repeatedly urge you to speak with a representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, pushing you toward a call with them. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.

Thank you for updating your review. We respect every customer's right to leave honest feedback, whether positive or negative, and we have never asked customers to remove genuine reviews simply because they are unfavorable. The reason we contacted you privately was because your review contained a specific factual allegation that our team repeatedly attempted to upsell you instead of providing support. After reviewing our communication records, we could not find evidence supporting that allegation. Our emails requested technical onboarding and configuration calls intended to help you complete your integration and resolve the issues you reported. At no point did we request a sales call or attempt to sell you additional services. We therefore asked whether you could provide any communication supporting that claim or, if not, consider amending that specific statement. We believe it is reasonable for any business to seek correction of factual inaccuracies while fully respecting a customer's right to express their opinions and experiences. Our support team remains committed to helping customers through both chat and scheduled technical calls. Many integration issues can be resolved more efficiently in a live session, which is why we often offer that option. Customers are never required to purchase additional services to receive technical support. We remain disappointed that your experience did not meet your expectations and sincerely wish you and your business every success.

This review is solely about their Gym Membership business model. You are unable to downgrade your subscription unless you contact their live chat, which takes a while and is meant to deter you from downgrading and to keep your subscription. Omnisend wants you to speak with a retention representative, which shows they do not care about the user, only about receiving subscription dues.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We hear you, and we understand where you're coming from. To clarify: downgrading to the Free plan doesn't require going through a retention representative. It can be done directly in your account under Store Settings > Pricing and Usage > Cancel. When the chat routes you to our team first, it's because we genuinely want to understand the reason behind the change, so we can improve and make sure you're on the right plan for your needs. It wasn't meant to create barriers, but we completely understand how it felt that way, and that's fair feedback we'll take seriously. Our support team also offered to handle the downgrade for you directly in the chat, and we're glad they were able to step in quickly. We appreciate you raising this. Making plan changes simple and accessible matters to us, and your perspective helps us look at where the experience can be clearer. If there's anything else you need, we're here.

The price of this app is highway robbery. As other users have mentioned, the support is extremely slow and, honestly, of no help; it is more like a facade. This app lacks in so many areas that you might as well manually upload your products yourself. The only thing this app does is export your photos and your description; everything else you will have to update manually. Additionally, this app only exports our partial catalog. Support will keep bothering you to leave feedback for their app, or bug you if you leave a negative review. It is kind of funny that they are so available to do this, but when you need actual support, their excuse is that they are busy, so replies will be delayed. Perhaps they are too busy annoying users for reviews or asking people to remove their low ratings.

Hey Sean, sorry to hear about your experience. We don’t have any record of you reaching out to our customer service team, but it looks like you were able to cross-list products to Depop. It also seems that your products don’t have any validation issues and can be cross-listed without further editing. We wanted to mention that if you had used our Export with AI feature, you could have published new products in bulk with one click, with no manual work needed, while AI filled in any missing product information for you. Please reach out if you’d like to give it another try.

As others have noted in their reviews, this app's functionality has significantly declined since Shopify acquired Codisto. The app overrides your existing eBay or Etsy data, which can damage your store and even lead to policy violations that may result in a suspension. The support and development teams work closely together in the same office, yet they present themselves as if they operate from multiple locations and departments. This creates a false impression that resolving issues will take a long time. The support team consistently refuses to acknowledge problems with their application, instead blaming platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay for any issues. We also use other apps without experiencing problems, which we find depend on our clients’ preferences and budgets. Lastly, I would advise caution when believing everything they say. There are online threads that highlight deceptive tactics they use to discourage users from uninstalling the app or leaving negative reviews. PS: Nikki, your gaslighting stating other users have not left disappointing reviews is laughable. Your review rate is 4.3 and that means roughly 16% of users who left a review are not satisfied with the application.

Thank you for your feedback. In response: We are committed to continually improving and updating the app, whether through bug fixes or new features. While doing so, we acknowledge that the app has faced and will continue to face challenges as we make these improvements. A recent Amazon upgrade, which came with its own set of challenges, has significantly impacted the Amazon process. Not all integrators have managed to navigate this successfully. Uninstalling our app is only recommended when we know it will affect the marketplace in which you are listing. There is currently a known issue with Etsy when you uninstall and reinstall, and this is noted when you connect to Etsy. Shopify embraces its remote working policy and is a digital-by-design company. We have employees working with this app from various parts of the globe. It's disappointing to hear that you feel deceived by our support team, as this sentiment is not reflected in other reviews. I would be happy to discuss this further with you. Nikki
