We've used the Kilatech Countdown Timer on our product pages during two major sales so far, and each time we've seen a noticeable increase in conversions compared to when we didn't have a timer. It's simple but really effective. We had a bit of trouble displaying the timer correctly at first (my fault for entering the wrong settings), but Akila from KILATECH responded quickly, fixed the issue in no time, and even offered some helpful suggestions to improve our setup. This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot. Customer service is great too, Rotem in particular. He was able to quickly assist me with accidentally duplicated reviews.
