Richpanel is a great app for customer management. We use it intensively and whenever there was an issue it was solved very quick by the fantastic team. New features and requests were implemented quickly (like 2FA). Surely we would choose Richpanel for every new project we start. Big recommendation! Thanks!

Für uns war die Möglichkeit der Wahl eines freien Wunschtages bei der Erstellung eines DHL-Labels sehr wichtig. Dies und alles weitere funktioniert perfekt. Support, sofern er überhaupt mal gebraucht wird, antwortet sehr schnell. Eine gewünschte Funktion (Übernahme der Trackingnummern von Briefpost) wurde mittlerweile implementiert.

We have tested many personalization apps and this one really is the best. Once you understand the basics this tool has the potential to configure each product exactly as you need it. Wow! Not to forget the quick and very helpful support.
Very satisfied with Spiff! Excellent and fast support, hands-on integration to exactly fit our (special) needs. We are using Spiff to let customers create personalized documents which are auto-send via email after purchase and will apply it to our other products in the near future. Thank you Spiff!
Lots of our customers chose a delivery date in our shop. With order delivery date we keep track of things and don't get confused :)

App funktioniert grundsätzlich. Jedoch keine Wahl des Wunschtages möglich trotz Aktivierung in den Einstellungen (wir arbeiten sehr viel mit Wunschtagen und müssen in diesem Fall jedes mal manuell die Adressdaten im Geschäftskundenportal erfassen). Supportanfragen bleiben leider unbeantwortet. Schade!
