Great support is the first that comes to my mind with this app. You get quick answers to any doubt you have. The search and filters are quite developed. I think the search filter can be improved and they have a suggestion list where everybody can write about their wished to be implemented. I would love a "Safe Search function" so that customers could activate it or not on demand. I really think this is a much better and complete option than the default search engine in Shopify and I hope they keep developing and improving of a very good app.

The good things are that this app is free but it still can be improved a lot. There are so many things missing. Being able to give weight to tags, description or title or leave them out. Include specific metafield. The worst for me is that it does not leave me to search if both tags are present ina product. Many times, products with only one of the tags present are shown. Incedible that Shopify official search is so outdated and primitive.

While some apps have started using the newer (but still unstable) API, we’re actively updating Bolt to ensure full support for it in a stable and reliable manner. Metafield Issue: The issue was related to incorrect values being set during task creation. Our system flagged this accurately to help ensure the correct values are applied. We’ve also followed up with more details via email to assist further. While we understand that you've chosen to explore another solution, we genuinely appreciate your candid feedback — it helps us improve and serve our users better. Bad app. They more than doubled the price without any warning !!! Shady Shady way of running a business. Was difficult to unsubscribe. Not any guide on their site how to do it. No humans at their chat service. Regrets to have subscribed for more than a year with this company. With the help of Shopify AI I could finally cancel the subscription uninstalling this app.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Shopify admin --> select Apps in the sidebar menu --> find Rewind in the list of Apps --> scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Uninstall app". I could not find an option on how to search tags . As all my products have tags but none of them showed in the search results I uninstalled and cancelled the trial. I hope in the future they can add weights to different fields like description, title, tags, metafields so that the search function is powerful as it should be . The default search option of Shopify is quite bad in my opinion and these kind of apps should really improve on the basic features of the Shopify search options

Our app searches across product titles, descriptions, tags, options, and much more. Each of these fields has its own weight, carefully tuned by default — and we’re always happy to adjust them based on your specific needs. The software is fast and well laid out. There are lots of task that can be done easy and fast. The price is reasonable for what it does. I have experienced a few failures, but it was my fault as to not understanding quite well the logic of the condition. Support by David was easy to follow to the point that he could change what was wrong in the conditions sets that were making it not working for me. So far I am changing my previous bulk app for this one as it seems more powerful than the one I was using.
