Reviewing this app for the first time, The app is easy to use. But what makes this app provider standout is there fantastic aftersales and technical support, I had an issue with the app working on our shopify site and Matt kindly found the problem and helped sort it out. Gets 5 stars from me

We're using that application from last 4 months, the app was amazing specially for big catalogues to find the exact product and their customer support Service person Rebeka was excellent, they can resolve your issue very fastly and better guide you which works best for your business

Great - very easy to search once installed! Great price. We had been using another app that was 3 times the price and did 1/2 the job. This is a great app - and only took about 25 minutes to set everything up to be running and super slick on the customer facing side. Absolutely amazing app and even better customer support. We recently experienced a huge spike in bot traffic on our website, which caused our estimated session count to increase dramatically. Because of this, we upgraded to the Unlimited plan thinking we had exceeded our usage limits. Less than 5 minutes later, Rebeka from the Rapid Search team proactively reached out to us. She had already reviewed our account, identified that the increase was caused by bot traffic, manually corrected the calculation, and enabled bot exclusion on our account. As a result, we were able to downgrade back to the $199 plan instead of paying for the Unlimited plan. What impressed me most is that I didn't have to contact support, open a ticket, or dispute anything. They noticed the issue themselves and fixed it immediately. That level of honesty, transparency, and customer care is extremely rare. As for the app itself, it is hands down the best search solution we've used on Shopify. Search results are fast, relevant, and easy for customers to use. Since implementing Rapid Search, we've seen customers find products more easily and our sales have continued to grow. A huge thank you to Rebeka and the entire Rapid Search team. Highly recommended to any Shopify store looking for a powerful search and merchandising solution.

Great support is the first that comes to my mind with this app. You get quick answers to any doubt you have. The search and filters are quite developed. I think the search filter can be improved and they have a suggestion list where everybody can write about their wished to be implemented. I would love a "Safe Search function" so that customers could activate it or not on demand. I really think this is a much better and complete option than the default search engine in Shopify and I hope they keep developing and improving of a very good app.

Brilliant app to replace the standard Shopify search bar with some great features such as hiding specific products and collections which is very useful for b2b websites. Support are very helpful and reply quickly to any queries you may have. Would recommend.

Perfect! Easy to use and to set up. Saves a lot of work and does what it needs to do!
I needed a quick adjustment to the font size in my theme, and Rebecca helped me immediately. The issue was resolved incredibly fast – honestly within no time. I’m really impressed with the app and especially the support. No back and forth, no unnecessary questions – I briefly explained the problem, and Rebecca took care of everything right away. It was great experience using rapid search the filters work perfcetly and the ai powered serach bar really helps users find the right product and they have great support team they answer all the questions and issues related to filters or plans.

We installed this search bar app a couple of years ago and it’s been fantastic. It was quick and easy to install, looks great on our site, and performs perfectly. We’re extremely happy with the results.

Stay away from this Search Bar. They can deactivate the search bar for 6 days without any notifications if there is a certain amount of searches exceeded. Mind you, if you have a big team, then your internal searches are counted and once you are over, they will deactivate the search. No real time customer service, too slow to respond. The only time they will respond the fastest is when you install the app for the first time, so that they can push you to upgrade to a paid plan and then when you cancel, they will email you immeditely asking you to upgrade to a higher plan and telling you that they don't have any fault. PAY one time for a search bar, who doesn't charge you or block you for search counts.

Thanks for your feedback! We are committed to transparency in how our policies operate, so we must respectfully clarify that several statements in this review are inaccurate. Our plans are based on sessions (not individual searches), and internal activity from logged-in Shopify admin accounts is not counted toward usage. Merchants receive automated email notifications at 90% and 100% of their session limit, along with visible in-app alerts, so there is advance notice before any limit is reached. If a plan’s session allowance is exceeded, the app temporarily pauses for the remainder of the billing cycle and automatically reactivates at the start of the next cycle, or immediately upon upgrading; it is never permanently disabled. We aim to provide timely, reliable support across time zones, and we’re happy to review usage together and help choose the right plan to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Powerful search APP, with a lot customer settings. Support is very fast, customer orientated and friendly.

Very easy to customize the searches so I'm getting the results I want. Excellent customer service that has dealt with me pestering them constantly for the first two weeks using this! I had previously tried Searchandise, but the search results weren't half as good as RapidSearch. I know that when my customers spell something wrong in a search, the RapidSearch widget will come up with the right result anyway. RapidSearch has been working with me to make their app compatible with my theme, Symmetry, and while it isn't perfect yet, I appreciate their attempts to make it work.

this app disables the shopify search & discovery app and then if you ensign from their app your search functions in shopify are crashed

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Rapid Search does not permanently disable Shopify Search & Discovery. When enabled, it replaces the storefront search experience by design, but Shopify’s native search is fully restored as soon as Rapid Search is disabled or removed. We apologize for the frustration. RS adds incredible value to my site. We have seen an uptick in conversion since day one of use. The best feature is the instant search and the fact that the search logic can recognize miss spellings and search intent. This is core to our application arsenal.
