Update: Have used it for 3 years and just recently it started glitching. I've reached out to support twice and haven't heard back. ___ Easy to install. Seamless use. Prompt customer service without being spammy. Fantastic to be free. It's a much needed feature for any online store.

Have only just connected, but the support team did all the set up so it was easy.

Great support team and very intuitive design. Would like to be able to select product collections or product tags to specify which pages the pop up should show on, as the URL coding doesn't really work for us.
