Khaled was very helpful assisting me during the start up process of syncing my ebay and shopify stores. I am a former Inkfrog user but they closed so I was happy to find QuickSync!

Joseph opened a chat with me to better guide me through process, very transparent and gave me all the options and limitations of what I wanted to do. Ultimately it was not what I was after however the Q&A was outstanding and could no fault it. What we need is being built and I look forward to when that is ready.
This app makes syncing between your Shopify store and eBay store extremely easy to set up and then works automatically without you needed to manually sync. Joseph was extremely helpful to me with any questions I had or small changes I wanted to make. He was also available to help me immediately when I logged in and was focused on my issue with quick and professional responses and solutions. Highly recommended!
****Edit to my first review...***** UGH! I've been using this app for a few months with promises of the issues I have being fixed. This app does NOT work as promised. I have had multiple items sync to ebay and list them there for $1 and none of my inventory shows multiple sizes. Whenever I reach out to ask the status of them resolving the issues, they tell me that their IT is in discussions with the IT team of Ebay... this sounds somewhat false. I've asked for a refund, and they say they will send it up to their manager, but all I get is crickets. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you are wanting to save time, money, and have something that works correctly. Joseph is a life saver!! He took a lot of time and set up the app for me. When there were too many items to add to ebay he suggested I go through my products and choose the items I wanted to list.... and then sent me screenshots to explain how to accomplish that. He has saved me time and money and I completely appreciate his care and expertise. I definitely recommend this app.... especially because of the wonderful support I received.
The support team, especially Jason and ElHassan, was incredibly helpful and professional! They assisted me greatly in transferring all my listings from eBay to Shopify. I'm still getting to know the app and testing its features. So far, everything looks great. I'm really pleased that everything synced smoothly without affecting my eBay store. This was a very easy setup and Joseph was amazing with helping. His follow up is on point. I am very impressed with this company, right from the get go you have a live person to make sure you are set up correctly. The set up is less than 5 minutes, took me a while because I was juggling in store sales and zoom calls and Joseph stayed with me every step.

Honestly the best support you will receive Omar was absolutely amazing Website syncing is not my strong point and he was patient and answered all my question no matter how irrelevant and time consuming they was for him. I can honestly say this is a great app and easy to use even for someone whose strong point isn't IT. The support you get is second to none and well worth the monthly fee. Joseph was really kind and professional ! He helped me transfer all my listing from eBay to Shopify. I'm still exploring the app and testing it. So far, everything seems good. I have to see how everything can be synchronised as I got an order on shopify, but my listing on eBay was not deleted. Furthermore, maybe I don't know how yet, but so far when I purchased shipping labels on shopify, I had to manually upload the tracking number on eBay. Interesting app & concept, but need to learn how to use it

Omar on tech support was very helpful! I was struggling to sort my SKU's so the app would integrate. He went into my products and sorted this for me. Nothing was too much trouble-very helpful guy. Don't struggle get in touch with Omar to help you out!
Absolutely worst experience. Got assurance that nothing would change on the ebay store. They were keen to get a 5 star review during setup but once the transfer from ebay to shopify was complete, they added 1000's of additional quantities to over 60 or more of our lines on ebay completetly messed our inventory and wost still they could not correct it.. Worst experience ever. We now have to spend a long time sorting their mess out.
Still getting to grips with the app but I've got to say, the customer service was unreal. Had some issues but Joseph hopped on a zoom call with me and went through things to resolve it with me. Really happy to help and give time to me, couldn't recommend it more. Thank you Joseph - superstar.

Khaled was great. We just downloaded this app and I clicked a wrong button that was about to cause a potential big headache in mere moments. I reached out to Khaled via the chat and within seconds he responded and not only advised but actually performed the task necessary to prevent a major problem on my end. Super appreciative.
I tried using this app on my own maybe 2-3 Months ago and got very frustrated and deleted it. After waiting I decided to give the app another chance, Omar reached out to me through the message Portal and helped answer and fix any issues I had. I started having Omar upload my products and it was really fast uploading our products. Once again all thanks to Omar!!!

I am currently in the process of switching over to Quicksync for our ebay & shopify listings. So far so good! They have been very helpful via their live chat & email, ensuring the products are matching across our ebay & online store. I have felt very supported and they are great at communicating processes. Omar has been great today, matching my item skus across sites too. I have tried a number of sync apps before & by far quicksync excels.
This software is truly outstanding! The customer service team is very patient as well. I encountered a login issue today, and Omar provided a thorough and patient response, helping me resolve the problem. I highly recommend this software!

Only tried a few eBay/Shopify inventory sync apps and this 1 is by far better/easier to use.

I tried the app and first it would not shink - i missed a step then it said it was shinking and took around 2 1/2 to finish. Problem is nothing actually sync to Ebay. They said it was shipping on ebay i checked it all was good. In the end I deleted the app as it just wasnt working.
We Tried a number of different apps. before we found QuickSync for eBay. So easy to use, Extremely helpful live chat help. Had a few issues, but the QuickSync Team handled them straight away and all been perfect. GLAD i found QuickSync - makes syncing to eBay and shopify possible. Even in the app an option to have different pricing on eBay and shopify which saves so much time.
Amazing app that eases a lot of work across platforms and great customer service by Joseph.
Generally - unready app for the market. Needs a lot of testing. I just need to use the app and not to test and spent my time on support communication Basic functionality just doesn’t work. 1. Not all products syncing from Shopify 2. Not all info are sending from eBay, like shipping method, product weight 3. If label purchased within Shopify, tracking # is not transferring to eBay

I felt really comfortable talking to Omar who is patient and listens to my needs. I am still at the trial stage and will be going for the paid version if it can fulfill my needs. I hope the app runs as well as their customer service!

Great help from Joseph today. Very kind and patient. Still having a few problems with store set up, but we figured out most of them are from Ebay's terms and policies. He stayed with me till it was just all the fixes on Ebay I have to do myself. Good App

THEY ARE NOT CHARGING ENOUGH FOR THIS SERVICE! I am thrilled with this add-on. I have been trying to synchronize our inventory counts between eBay, where we conduct most of our business, and our new Shopify store for weeks. I have tried three major competitors, but none have worked as well as this solution. While other options took hours for each import, this one was able to import and sync both sets of products in under an hour. Additionally, this solution allows you to choose which marketplace to sync your initial inventory levels from. Other options would always default to using Shopify inventory levels as the primary source, pushing them to eBay. Since we are a high-volume seller on eBay moving to Shopify, this meant I had to wait until the middle of the night when our sales volume was low to export our eBay inventory levels, import them into Shopify (which took an hour), and then resync them with the platforms we were trying to use (which took another hour). Despite all this effort, things still wouldn't work properly. This add-on has made the entire process much more efficient and effective. Omar was super helpful as well!

Excellent setup support from Elhassan, app looks easy to use and uncomplicated. I only want to sync inventory and it was surprisingly hard to find an app that only did that and not orders/prices etc!

I originally started with the ETSY sync app and the customer services operator kindly pointed me in this direction too. I am new to both, so it's early days and so far, so good. I can certainly vouch for the representative who helped me (Joseph). He was very polite, had an excellent command of English and made the whole process seamless. He's a credit to QuickSync and they are headed in a very positive direction if all their reps are like Joseph!
