Wonderful customer service and easy to use work flows. Began using it in 2020 and haven't looked back since.
I used to send 17track link to our customers to track orders so when I discovered they have an app, I had to just get it. It's very simple and easy to use for both Shopify owners and customers. I recommend it!

Awesome app and great support! I've used it for 2 years now and it's helped me expand my business in many ways. Visitor replays is a great tool!
