So far so good! very much appreciated the onboarding call and to speak with a person.

BEST POP-up! and in the in-chat experience was amazing!

I've been using Shopify and downloading various apps to help grow my business for over 10 years, and By the Numbers is the first (of oh so many) analytics apps that feels tailored to my needs. The support has been super helpful, everything is clear in both language and layout. So far, I've experienced notable growth in sales and customer interactions (newsletter sign-ups). Looking at detailed historical data has been really helpful as well in terms accurately forecasting fall production needs (likely saving me money as well). Highly recommend this app!
