I am sorry to hear of your experience but I am here to help! Our records indicate that you submitted a few questions on July 14 and July 22 and we responded on the same day. The app is very easy to manage, their support team response time is super fast whenever I need an update for my widget, thanks to Ivan, Rachelle, and Tommy for their always fast answers. I highly recommend it.
