Great AI chatbot for our store. Setup was simple, responses are fast, and overall performance has been reliable. It helps customers get answers quickly and improves the shopping experience.
The shopping cart progress bar works well and their customer support was also excellent. They fixed my issues promptly.
I ended my subscription with Yotpo over a month ago within the free trial period and they're still trying to charge my credit card for a service I don't use. I've reached out to customer support several times regarding this issue and they offered no concrete solution. There is no option to end my Free plan subscription with them, there is no option to remove my credit card from their dashboard. I'm incredibly frustrated by the lack of transparency and support by the Yotpo team. If I could leave you a star rating in the minus, I would.

As confirmed in your support ticket - that there was no charge made to your account and your credit card has been removed.
