Our team investigated the issue immediately and remained in direct communication with the merchant throughout the process. During the review, we identified that the store was using subscription-product functionality, which is currently not fully compatible with the AIOD app discount system in certain cart scenarios. Because of this limitation, the discount behavior may not function as expected with mixed or subscription-product carts. We would also like to clarify that AIOD applies discount functionality only and does not directly control storefront cart quantity behavior or core cart logic. Even though the app has now been uninstalled, we truly appreciate the feedback shared. Cases like this help us continue improving compatibility handling, safeguards, and the overall merchant experience. We sincerely wish the merchant and their store continued success moving forward.
