STAY AWAY! SHADY AS HELL! They make ads on your post purchase page for booking.com and other ridiculous affiliate sites without you knowing!!! They just added this function secretly and activated it for all users. If you want to deactivate it you need to go in the settings and find this secret option! Just found out when I made a test order for my store by accident!! If this affected your store as well, please contact me! This behavior violate EU laws, and I’m exploring legal options. Open to joining forces if others are impacted!

Our records show that because you’ve opted out of all platform communications, you may have missed these updates. This feature is fully optional and can be toggled off instantly in your settings. Please check your inbox for our previous messages or contact us so we can help you resolve this.

Wir waren Retouren Portalen immer skeptisch gegenüber, da unsere Produkte sehr empfindlich sind und nach dem Auspacken in der Regel nicht wieder versendet werden können. Durch EasyDHL sind wir jedoch auf easyReturns aufmerksam geworden und einfach begeistern, wie sehr uns diese App im Alltag des Kundensupports hilft. Der Aufbau des Retourenportals ist im Back- sowie Front End kinderleicht und für alle Kunden zu verstehen, sodass einzelne Anfragen bezüglich Retourenlabels per E-Mail kaum noch entstehen. Besonders gut gefällt uns die Möglichkeit die Rücksendelabels zu prüfen, bevor sie der Kunde erhält, denn so haben wir eine klare Übersicht, welcher Kunde direkt ein Retourenlabel bekommt und bei wem wir nochmal nachhaken müssen. Die Auswertung aller Rücksendegründe ist zusätzlich sehr hilfreich, um die Produktseiten besser zu optimieren. Großartig ist wirklich das Entwicklerteam, welches fast jederzeit erreichbar ist und Verbesserungsvorschläge überaus schnell umsetzt. Wir sind begeistert!

Wir hatten schon verschiedene Anbieter und sind mit keinem so zufrieden wie EasyDHL. Mega einfach zu bedienen und super übersichtlich durch die Tagesabschlusslisten. Das Team ist sehr kompetent und Antwortet schnell, falls man mal Fragen hat!

Wir danken vielmals! Wir arbeiten gerade daran 250 Labels pro Bulk-Lauf zu verarbeiten. Wenn unser erster Entwurf funktioniert gehen eventuell auch mehr als 250 ;-) Danke für dein Feedback, so funktioniert gute Zusammenarbeit.
We used this app to build nice audiences to support our facebook ads and it was really helpful. It increased our ROAS and we have more opportunities to reach our audiences!
