Nach erfolgter installation bekam ich eine Email von einem Mitarbeiter, ich solle doch auf Update klicken um eine Version2 zu installieren. Gemacht getan. Button weg. Nächste Email: hat nicht funktioniert, bitte neu installieren. Gemacht. Ergebnis: nur noch Fehlermeldungen, keine Möglichkeit mehr zum Einloggen. Ok, den Chat button benutzen wollen: Eine KI "geht ran" die nur Müll ausspuckt. Ticket aufgemacht... ...naja, man kann sich ja denken wie lange das dauert. Fazit: die haben ihre Systeme nicht im griff, nicht vertrauenswürdig.
I heavily relied on the app, and then, out of nowhere, from one day to the other, they discontinued their support for etsy. Just like that, no warning in advance, no notice, just an error message when syncing new listings. After wasting hours of research, I finaly found out, they want "to spend their efforts on other platform". -> do NOT rely on the app nor the team behind it!

Thanks for your feedback, Etsy recently changed their shipping partners, which has affected order data for new merchants wanting to connect with Etsy. Sadly, this change was beyond our control and cannot be resolved moving forward. As a result, the Etsy integration has been removed from Marketplace Connect. We are continuing to support all existing Etsy users where possible.. Thanks, Nikki
Wow! I searched exactly for this. Shopify should provide something like this in their system. Reeeeaaaaly great app! I love it. And the best thing: it is free. Thank you for sharing.
