Negate has made a HUGE difference in the performance of our ads since we installed it ≈ 18 months ago. For years, bot-triggered events had been sent back to ad platforms and drowning out legitimate signal with noise, but within days of install we started seeing a *massive* improvement in traffic quality because now only human-triggered events were being passed back to Meta, Google, et al. I've also been repeatedly impressed by Negate's prompt replies to CS inquiries and the care they've taken in thoroughly researching issues I've brought to their attention in order to provide top-notch customer service.

Easy setup/install, responsive support, very reasonable pricing.

Support is responsive. Enabled us to create build your own bundle style product. I wish it didn't create a zillion dummy products on the back end, but it's a minor thing. Overall it does what we need it to do and it's the best solution we found for what we were trying to do.

Shopify devs didn't make it possible to actually have your product data read by Google Shopping if you edit product data with a Shopify CSV. It's a "known limitation" that the Google Shopping fields in Shopify CSV will be ignored by the app. You are expected to manually edit product data through this horrible app's UX, one item at a time. Alternatively you can pay for yet ANOTHER app that can actually bulk edit the product data Google requires. They shouldn't have even bothered publishing the app it's so half-baked and there's no plans to actually make the Google Shopping fields in the product CSV usable. Cue unhelpful auto-reply from Shopify that says "thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Google Channel with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable. I'm sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing..." *eye roll*

Great value for the price! Easily integrates with Shopify, comes with lots of features above and beyond standard product reviews, and the support is responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a GREAT app. Eric was very patient in answering my pre-purchase questions in a clear, understandable way, and helped with communicating with the developer of our reviews app to make sure both apps worked in concert with one another. Installation was easy, and results were almost immediate. I ran pre-installation tests on a variety of our product pages with Google's Structured Data Testing Tool, and while none of them contained errors, ALL of them contained warnings due to the presence of the $ in our price value data, and generally were not as complete as Google would like. JSON-LD for SEO fixed this automatically. Within five minutes of installation, tests on the same pages showed complete structured data with no errors OR warnings. Following a re-indexing/re-crawling request with Google, it only took about a week for our product reviews to begin showing up in search results on Google for our products. It's still too early to know definitively if the improvements to our structured data (and subsequent appearance of reviews in Google search results) are responsible for the slight increase in our organic traffic — it's only been a week — but for such a reasonable one-time cost, JSON-LD for SEO provides some serious value.
