Viola and the Avada team were extremely helpful and quick to respond. They immediately added 1,000 bonus image compression quota to my store and helped me run the image optimization seamlessly, this without spending a cent. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

Just installed the app and already impressed, not just by the features, but by the support. Annie from the support team resolved a couple of setup issues within minutes, and she did it with such kindness and professionalism. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Today is the first time I've needed support and only a few minutes after having submitted my enquiry, a support theme collaborator has immediately answered in a promptly and very effective way. The issue has been solved in quick time and I couldn't be more satisfied. So glad to having subcribed for this tool, can't wait to start using it. Thanks Omnisend
