i installed the app and was looking at everything and got a little overwhelmed, and about that time the support messaged me asking if I had any questions or needed help with anything, and Susan immediately helped me with everything, including suggesting how to do it. The app is very user-friendly. I really like the rules and conditions available, and the support team has been quick to provide guidance whenever needed. I'm already using the AOV Cart Drawer, and it has helped increase our AOV by 18% so far. I'm looking forward to seeing the results from the post-purchase features as well.
Just installed the app and already impressed, not just by the features, but by the support. Annie from the support team resolved a couple of setup issues within minutes, and she did it with such kindness and professionalism. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Susan was so helpful with setting up my upsell offer. She sent me screenshots showing me exactly what to click and how to set it up the way that I wanted it. It made the whole process stress free and super simple. I can't wait to see if my upsell offer gets some purchases!
Just stay away, my checkout logo changed, my edit code got reseted, a mess guys, just go to regular solutions

The app is working nicely and the support has been excellent from Day One.
I’ve had a really good experience with this app so far. The setup was pretty straightforward, the interface is clean, and it makes creating post-purchase upsells feel much easier than I expected. I also want to mention Tiffany specifically because she was wonderful to work with. She was helpful, patient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was set up properly. She explained things clearly, answered my questions, and even helped with recommendations when I asked. Overall, the app is easy to use, quick to get started with, and the support has been excellent. Definitely a good option if you’re looking to add upsells to your Shopify store without making the process complicated. Excited to see the results with this app, looks promising!

Amazing app - does exactly what it says, with great analytics and super configurable. The layout editor lets you customize the upsell pages just like the Shopify website builder, and you have a ton of options on what the app is doing and how. Plus - it generates extra revenue we wouldn't otherwise have made. This app is worth it's weight in gold. Also - Susan helps us out via the chat and is very friendly, professional and helpful. With apps like these, support is half the battle and she's great! Never had a problem she couldn't solve.
Support was fast, clear, and actually helpful. Dana made sure everything was set up correctly and took the time to explain things instead of just giving quick answers. The app itself is clean and integrates well without making the store feel cluttered. Solid experience so far.

Another amazing App from AOV - this is a game changer with various options and AI to be able to capture more business from my customers. We have been testing this app out, and whilst setting up we needed to use the support chat. Hana was very helpful and showed us how to disable discounts and configure the post-purchase widget. Later when we had questions also got helpful support from Susan. The response time was quick.
One of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with. They're incredibly fast to respond and always go the extra mile. There’s no AI-like clank or cold scripted replies...every interaction feels genuinely human! :) I can only say positive things about their apps, and when something isn’t working right, they actually take the time to find a solution. This app is awesome and depending on the offer presenting can be a great way to increase revenue. Still getting a hang of things but whenever I run into any issues their support team is always there to help out. Susan was absolutely fantastic and super patient. Absolutely killer app — does exactly what it says and makes my workflow way smoother. But what really stood out was the customer service. I had a couple of questions setting things up and Susan from support jumped in instantly, walked me through everything, and followed up to make sure it was all running perfectly. You don’t see that level of care often. Huge props to the team (and Susan especially).

Bad app. Charges you for your generated orders, but does not provide any. 25$ wasted. I did 2k orders but PPUS gave me 0 and you still charged me. shame
