Great support

Bad support availability. I am paying for the plan that says '24/7' human support,' and it has happened twice now that there is no one there, and I get an automated message saying the team will be back in a few hours.

I need to remove the product recomendations from my product page, and it is impossible, the app is not visible in the theme editor, there is no option to not show the product recommendatioons on product page, and there is no support to talk to

Installed the app, but it never really worked on my website. Spoke with support, but they were unable to help directly, told me they would escalate. I am paying, but the app doesn't work on the website.
